About this policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Moonshot Ventures, LLC (“CreatorAuro,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, discloses and otherwise processes personal information through CreatorAuro’s websites, platform and related services, including our waitlist, support, research and marketing activities (collectively, the “Services”).

CreatorAuro is one platform serving Creators, Managers, Agencies and Brands. This policy covers our US launch.

Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you provide when you join a waitlist, create or update an account, use the Services, participate in research, request support or otherwise communicate with us.

Depending on the interaction, this may include your name, email address, account and professional-profile information, social-platform handles, business communications, documents, files, feedback and survey responses.

On creatorauro.com, the only information we currently ask visitors to submit is their email address. Other interactions with the Services may involve additional information described in this policy.

Service and security information

We process connection information, session identifiers and account-access activity, including relevant times, to provide access, operate the Services, investigate problems and prevent misuse.

Information from other sources

We may receive business-contact information from users, business representatives and research or outreach sources. This may include information about people who do not have a CreatorAuro account.

When you authorize access to an external service, we may receive information made available through that authorization, including relevant communications, content and associated information. Access is limited to the permissions granted and the disclosed purpose. Entering a social-platform handle does not itself authorize access to that account.

How we use information

We use relevant information to:

• Provide, maintain and improve the Services.
• Manage accounts, profiles and waitlist participation.
• Process information and provide assistance you request.
• Respond to questions, feedback and support requests.
• Conduct product research and understand customer needs.
• Communicate about CreatorAuro products, services, offers and updates, where permitted by law and consistent with your choices.
• Protect the Services, investigate misuse and safeguard people’s rights and safety.
• Handle privacy requests and comply with specific legal obligations.

We explain additional collection or uses and obtain consent where required. Creating an account does not provide unlimited permission to use personal information.

Where automated or AI-assisted processing is used, relevant information is processed to provide the service you request. CreatorAuro does not use your personal information to train general-purpose AI models.

Service providers may process information for their disclosed security, fraud-prevention and service-improvement purposes. Some provider terms permit information to be used to develop security and abuse-detection models. Such processing remains subject to applicable law and any stricter restrictions governing the information concerned.

Information received through Google APIs, including information derived from it, is used only for permitted, disclosed purposes. It is not used for advertising, sale, unrelated research or training general-purpose or provider AI models. Our use and transfer of that information will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

How we disclose information

We may disclose relevant personal information:

• To service providers supporting hosting, storage, communications, surveys, support, security, work management, collaboration, design, document management and AI-assisted processing for the purposes described in this policy.
• At your direction, including when you ask us to send or share information with a recipient or external service.
• For legal requirements, where disclosure is required by applicable law or a valid legal process.
• To protect rights and safety, where permitted by law and necessary to investigate misuse or protect the Services or affected people.
• In connection with a business transfer, subject to applicable law, required consent and restrictions governing the information.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context targeted advertising. Processing by appropriately restricted service providers is distinct from those advertising uses.

Restrictions governing information obtained from connected services continue to apply when that information is processed or disclosed. General policy language does not override those restrictions.

Third-party services and international processing

When you separately interact with a third-party service, its own terms and privacy practices govern that interaction. This does not change our responsibilities for information we handle or disclose.

Our website is hosted in the United States. Survey responses are stored in Europe through our survey provider and in CreatorAuro’s own systems. Email and other service providers may process information in additional countries.

Information processed internationally may be subject to privacy laws different from those where you live. Cross-border processing remains subject to applicable privacy requirements and restrictions on the information concerned.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Services use cookies needed to support account access and protect account operations. Blocking necessary cookies may prevent related parts of the Services from working.

The public website, creatorauro.com, does not currently use analytics or advertising tracking.

If we introduce additional tracking, we will explain the relevant practices and provide notice or choices where required.

Retention and security

We retain personal information only while reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy or to meet specific legal requirements.

In determining retention, we consider:

• Why the information was collected and whether that purpose continues.
• The nature and sensitivity of the information.
• Our relationship with you and outstanding requests.
• Your choices, consent withdrawal and deletion requests.
• Applicable legal retention obligations.

Information retained for a specific exception is limited to that purpose. Limited preference records may remain where needed to honor your communication choices.

Disconnecting an external service does not necessarily delete information you separately chose to save with us. You can request deletion of that information or closure and deletion of your account by contacting us. Account deletion includes account personal information, including saved information and files, subject to specific legal-retention requirements.

After the relevant purposes end, we delete information unless a specific legal requirement applies. Provider-held records and backup copies may follow different retention arrangements; deletion from active systems does not mean every retained copy has already been erased.

We use safeguards designed to protect personal information and restrict access to necessary, authorized purposes. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your rights and choices

Account and personal information

Contact support@creatorauro.com to request account closure or ask about access, correction or deletion of personal information. You do not need a CreatorAuro account to raise a privacy concern.

Depending on applicable law and our processing, you may have rights to:

• Learn what information we hold, its sources, purposes and recipients.
• Access information and receive a portable copy where required.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion, subject to applicable exceptions.
• Withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
• Limit certain sensitive-information uses or opt out of specified processing.
• Exercise your rights without unlawful discrimination.

We may request information reasonably needed to verify your identity or authority. We explain lawful refusals or exceptions and respond within applicable deadlines. Where an extension is permitted and necessary, we explain the reason and revised deadline.

Where applicable law provides an appeal, you can appeal a refusal through the same email address. We provide a reasoned response and explain any available route to the relevant regulator or attorney general.

Account recovery arrangements do not automatically extend deadlines for requests to delete personal information under applicable law.

Communications and research

You can unsubscribe from promotional communications or contact us to stop research invitations. Necessary account, security and service messages are separate from marketing.

Participation in surveys and interviews is voluntary. We explain the information requested and its intended use, including any recording, before participation.

External accounts and consent

You can withdraw authorization for an external account or request that we stop processing information where your consent is required. We explain relevant consequences, including where a service cannot continue without the information needed to provide it.

Age eligibility

The Services are intended for people aged 18 or older.

If you believe we have collected personal information through an underage account, contact support@creatorauro.com. We will assess the concern and address it in accordance with applicable requirements.

Changes to this policy

We will review and update this policy as our practices evolve and revise its last-updated date.

We notify you of material changes through a prominent notice in the Services or by email, as appropriate. We obtain consent before new uses where required.
